Importance of Oxygen to Our Health

Our body’s tissues needs oxygen to live.  When there is an inadequate supply of oxygen in the body, the condition called “anoxia” occur.  Oxygen shortage may be apparent in blood circulation.  The blood’s red cells may be inadequate in amount or the red coloring that is necessary to carry oxygen.  Anything blocking the circulation also blocks the oxygen supply.  The cells  of the body some times are unable since there is a change taking up the oxygen that reaches them.

Because all our body parts need oxygen, a shortage of oxygen affects all our body parts.  However, there are some body tissues that are much dependent on oxygen that others are.  The nervous system is among the most sensitive in all of them that a sudden lack of oxygen in it may result an impairment judgment, lack of movement co-ordination and in condition that resembles to a drunk person.  After this situation persist, the person becomes drowsy, fatigued, inattentive and unable to respond to even ordinary stimuli.

It the lack of oxygen will persist in the brain, death might result form their inability to breathe.  Failure of sufficient oxygen to reach organs such as the liver and muscles may result in acidosis.

Living with Organics

Taking organics really make sense.  Turning to organics is a great option in this world which we have not taken good care of.  There are always organic options for almost everything including hygiene products and even hair care products.

Organic shampoos have become popular these days.  There are products now that crafted chemical free.  Most shampoos are hosts of chemicals used to clean the hair.  Most of these chemicals used in shampoos are actually not good for the hair for they tend to dry them.  With an organic shampoo, there are no chemicals but all natural products.

Organic products like organic shampoos have some benefits.  The most obvious benefit is that you don’t have to wash your hair with a number of chemicals which are proven to harm the hair in the long run.  Also, there are processes involved when making chemicals used in traditional shampoos and that causes toxic waste and pollution.  Therefore, organic shampoo is not just better for your hair but also for the environment.  Remember that the fewer chemicals are there in your being, the better will your life be.  So if you want to live longer, live healthy.

Improper Digestion Leads to Yeast Infection

One of the most common complaints these days when it comes to health involved digestion.  Disorders like irritable bowel syndrome and Crohn’s disease are just few of the many digestive problems that people usually complaint.  Lots of these problems could be prevented just by having a healthy lifestyle.  The easiest way to do this is to eat less junk and take care of your digestive system.

Heartburn, which is the most common symptom, is the result actually of a low acid in the stomach rather than high.  As the acid in the stomach declines, indigestion of foods and fermentation happens which also leads to yeast overgrowth.

Good bacteria takes a large part on one’s immune system and it is actually dependent on the sufficient flora or good bacteria.  Among the main functions of good bacteria is to generate serotonin which regulates an intestinal peristalsis and likewise many other body functions.  The good flora aids in the breaking down of foods so that nutrients can be absorbed, acids can be produced to keep the candida in its harmless form of yeast and provide sufficient acid for the stomach to fight against stomach acid pathogens.

The Omega 3 DHA fish oil also known as the supplement for brain sharpener is proven to improve one’s memory.  But aside from that, it also helps keep one fit mentally.  One should not worry about depression and other emotional problems as long as the DHA fat is high.  Also, one doesn’t need to worry about schizophrenia or having anxiety on poor concentration.

According to research, the DHA fatty acid is present in the mother’s milk.  Baby milk formulas also contain DHA fatty acids.  Research has found that this DHA improves the cognitive function of babies and as well as the babies IQ.  Indeed, the Omega 3/DHA fish oil is the brain sharpener supplement.  Because many pregnant women discovered the benefits they can get from DHA fatty acids and knowing that milk supplements now provided this important ingredient, these milk supplements were sold out fast just as fast as they are manufactured.  This is after they have learned that this DHA helps in building the fetuses’ cerebral cortex.  It also helps improve the IQ of the babies and aids in their normal development.  It also aids in the babies’ immune system.  As parents, we would want the best for our babies even at conception; therefore it would be a must for us to take advantage on this knowledge.
